I had the pleasure of being assisted by Anna at RONA in Strathmore today, and I feel compelled to express my sincere appreciation. To say she was helpful would be an understatement. Anna went above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect, offering knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring service.

Because of the outstanding experience I had with her, RONA will now be my first stop—not just a store I visit after others fall short. Anna’s professionalism and dedication truly set a high standard, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks.

Really dissatisfied with our service today. First we asked if the Levelor blinds were on sale, there was a sign, and the employee said yes they were, so we proceeded to ask for 3 blinds to be cut. First they were not enthused about having to help us. They cut 1, and when we asked where the other 2 were they responded "oh...you'll have to wait a bit." About 15 minutes later they come back to cut the other ones. We take them to the front to pay where we checked to make sure the sale was applied when we are informed that "oh, that's for custom orders only". We were buying 3 because of the great sale, then ended up walking out paying full price on something we were only buying because they were on sale. Extremely disappointed.

Visited today and was disappointed by the lack of customer service. I was overcharged because the cashier wasn't aware of the prices displayed on the items. I had to point out the discrepancy myself. Not a great experience.

It's your average Rona.
But I went for paint and there was no one there to make it for me, so I looked around for the staff, finally found one and asked him to make me some paint. But he had no idea how to work the machine!

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. In paint department looking at paint, with a employee clearly not interested in helping but I went over anyways to ask a question and got meet with "maybe you should go ask the guys at the help desk......their not that busy". Waited to talk to someone at the desk when one of them left for lunch, the only reason why I knew that is cuz she announced it to the whole store that she was going for lunch. So after waiting almost 40 minutes it was finally my turn when the guy said give me one sec there's a woman I got to help out first she came in this morning and now she's back. That was enough for me I decided to leave and never to return.

The gents in the lumberyard really went above and beyond today in helping me get my doors sorted out, as well as customer service. Im currently working on what I call "The Money Pit" home and have been feeling overwhelmed with everything that's wrong with this house. Feels reassuring knowing the staff of Rona are there to help.
