$5 yearly pass. Easy place to navigate. Lots of signage to tell you where things go. Nice that they have a reuse area.

It was a simple phone call to figure out how to set up our rural garbage services properly and we have been using roseridge for a decade with no problems. Replacement cards are $20 so don't lose them

WARNING DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS FACILITY.
Waste of time, the deter potential customers from using their facilities by having a broken system that screws people around. I own property in the town but need a permit of course no one tells you this till you load up everything and race to get there after work only to find out you gotta go somewhere else to get a permit... how ridiculous!!!! You should have permits available on-site!!! I'm new to this area, and to get this kind of run around is completely unacceptable!!! So screw it. I will go to Edmonton and use their facilities where you don't have your time wasted and get a whole run around. They offer a service, but you need a permit, but they don't handle permits.

Staff is great, if you have legitimate point and can speak to folks without being rude they will help you. If you have a complaint just don't be rude. ask to speak to manager. if your worried about flat tires use the bin service they have, I love Roseridge, it is a great facility. they have public meeting every month, this could be a place to go to get your voice heard. times and meeting minutes are posted on website. on no i don't work there......... anymore lol. The Commission are great people and want to hear your concerns.

Not to sure about all these negative comments. I’ve been going to that dump for probably 12 yrs now since I’ve moved to Alberta.
If you are prepared like an adult should be then it’s an easy and good experience. You come up to the stop signs on the scales, show your pass, let the kind ladies at the desk know what you have, they then direct you to where you go, you follow the signs to your locations, dump your load, return to scales, show your pass again and wave goodbye. It’s actually pretty simple.
The ladies at the desk are not there to babysit you and there are policies and procedures that they are paid to follow and enforce.
I’ve never had a problem once with anyone there.
But then again I’m an adult and plan my trip prior to going have my ducks in order and follow the rules.
Really don’t care if anyone knows my name in regards to this post either. This is Neil MacIntyre a resistant of a great little town called Morinville and a regular visitor to the Dump.

Have a great day.

The brown haired lady that works here makes it her personal vendetta to make your day terrible. She makes zero exceptions about not having your dump pass (even when you have a photo of it, and can look it up online. Not to mention that she should know who you are if you go to the dump once a month). They like it old school here so be prepared when you go. It would be nice to have someone more friendly doing reception duties.

To clarify, since some people think it's "laughable" to write a negative review:

The problem here is not that there are policies in place. The problem is how RUDE and unprofessional SOME of the staff are. I knew there would be some policies when I brought a huge load in, but that is no reason to be so mean that a customer goes home in tears. Furthermore, some policies they do have in place are most definitely NOT because it's too busy. When there is noone in line and noone leaving, please tell me why it's more acceptable to laugh at someone and yell at them than to help them? Lastly, they should not be forcing their customers to drive to the metal pile that is surrounded by nails. I left with a flat tire because they yelled at me, forcing me to drive over nails. This is the second tire I've had to replace after being to the dump.

I don't have a problem when I have to bring a regular household load, but as soon as I need to bring a big load, it is nearly impossible to have a good experience.
