Ken keeps posting and removing and reposting reviews so that his review will stay on top and so that our reply will not show up. We only had dealings with him many years ago.

Active complaints are underway with CPA Ontario, the Law Society of Ontario (LSO), and now the UK Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) against Faris CPA and TaxPage (Refs: CPA #202508-1858 & #202508-1859; LSO CAS-170940-N3Y1H3, CAS-170941-L6W9G7, CAS-170943-V0B7Y7, CAS-170946-C1B1P5).

Instead of resolution, I faced public retaliation: my personal details (DOB, home address, property title) were posted online with false accusations of “extortion” and “blackmail.” This is a breach of confidentiality, defamation per se, and retaliation against a complainant.

Knights LLP in the UK, acting for Mr. Faris, then republished this defamatory and doxxing material in a pre-action letter. The matter is now before the SRA and Knights’ insurers.

Meanwhile, Kevin Persaud, already the subject of an active LSO complaint, has posted a false 5-star review of his own firm, misrepresenting himself as a client. That alone warrants suspension.

David Rotfliesh's statement that the complaint has been rejected has been added to the very much alive and real complaint.

Regulators and insurers across multiple jurisdictions are fully engaged. Serious misconduct investigations are active. Extreme caution is advised.
