I had never done either before and she made it such a great and comfortable experience. Before my upper back was hurting so bad and I could barely move my neck and when I left I felt immediate relief and could twist my neck. The office is very clean and relaxing. It's been 6+ months since I started PRP with Roxy. I did 3 treatments between September and October on my right shoulder for 2 labrum tears and a small rotator cuff tear. Both documented via MRI. I was to the point with my shoulder that I had about 30% mobility, couldn't touch my left shoulder, couldn't reach into my back pocket or over my shoulder in elevation. After the 3 treatments I was already showing some signs of mobility. After 2 months I was almost 70% mobility and by January of this year I stopped thinking about a shoulder issue. I am incredibly impressed and relieved that PRP therapy is not hocus pocus and that I did not have to do surgery. I would not hesitate in the future to do the therapy again for any other issues as age catches up to my body. To note who this review is for, I was incredibly impressed with Roxy not just in character and knowledge but also in the ability to make the process painless.
