One of the people there set up a time to view a rental property, waited around 15 minutes or so past the meet time.
So , I went to royal Lepages office since i drove 45 minutes to do this and the door was locked. After a minute or so someone came and unlocked it and says "we are open". Really?!
Then they had no record or info about my appointementat at all, I had to show them my emails with Angie that didn't show up. So they scrambled and sent someone down there.
But if that's how you get treated trying to look at a place, how are they going to treat you as a tenant?

I have both rented from Angie in the past and now have a property with her. She took care of me as atenant and was fair, and also takes care of me now as a landlord. She placed reliable and quality tenants and it is a huge relief. My tenants have now lived in the same spot for two years and according to Royal Le Page they are happy and quite content. I appreciate the promptness and the fair service and billing that their in house handy man provides.

I only rented from them for a month after my original landlord sold the building but I was incredibly not impressed.
We had a five minute meeting with the realtor after they took possession for the 15th of the month, who said we'd get a welcome package in a week or so but it didn't show up until the last week of the month AFTER I called them it, and that was 4 days before rent was due. Then it took them 5 days to take the rent!
When they stopped by to leave a notice of possible entry for showings they never even tried to knock (more than once I had been home all day), they just taped the notice on the door.
I will say however that when I did speak with someone, they were always pleasant to talk to and vet helpful with questions, even after I had moved out.

Excellent experience. I rented with Royal LePage for 18 months and they took very good care of us. They were flexible with my rent payments for my first month, and my last months rent, as move ins and move outs can be expensive. I always paid on time other than that. They listened to every concern from bad neighbors to maintenance repairs and they dealt with it all in a timely manner. I appreciated all they done for us and for making us feel safe and right at home. The only slight disadvantages are they make (inspection) visits pretty regularly, and they make book 2-3 weekly viewings from when you give your move out notice, until your unit is sold and they’re not flexible with leasing terms. Other than that, it’s definitely a 4 star experience. I would rent with them again if the right rental came along.

I've found Royal LePage Property Management to be an experienced and very professional property manager.

I started with one rental with a problem tenant that I did not have the time to deal with. Angie's team had unbelievable patience with a very unreasonable and verbally abusive man for several years. Their professionalism stayed true to the end when the renter finally skipped town. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I am certain that another Management Team would have handed the property back to me within a few short months of assuming management responsibility.

They are also respond very quickly and courteously to any questions I may have, always willing to take the time to ensure that I am fully satisfied with their answer and their management.

Maintenance is also prompt and well done -- no warranty calls.

I started with one property several years ago, and have recently, very gladly given them a second property to manage.

Be extremely cautious when renting from these guys, know your rights and their responsibilities. Your walk through inspection when you move in will last 5 minutes, your walk out will be a thorough 40minute to an hour long inspection, they will try to charge you for things they left behind and did not fix. The minute you question anything they have to say or have done they will FOG you and gaslight you. They will try to charge you for carpet cleaning and they will NOT properly clean the carpets (with powder and a machine that does not have power that looks like a floor polisher will be run over the carpets). Angie Peters will also create chaos by not giving proper notice for things like snow removal of the parking lot, FOBS, construction work, etc, entering your suite, then blame others for the issues that arise out of it, not to mention come pounding on your door (especially with the snow removal) and swear at you to remove your vehicle. She and her admin staff are extremely good at triangulating between condo boards, tenants and landlords. Angie will go behind your back to fish for information she has no business knowing or having, breaching privacy rules This company is extremely reactive and not proactive. If you want to be in an abusive relationship, rent from here.

They know what they are doing!
I've been using them for about 4 years. They have always worked very quickly to resolve house problems and have done a great job in recommending appropriate up keep to my house. They know how to keep tenants happy so they want to stay a long time and even encourage landlords to give a Christmas gift to the tenants. A nice touch!
