We have been renting our rental property with them for the last 3 years and so far so good . We have Jehona who has been working with us from RYPM for the last quite a few months and she has provided us with a very professional service . Very prompt to follow up on all our queries . We are very happy with her .
However my only qualm with this company is that initially they offer a 2 month guaranteed rent in case the tenants stops paying rent and promise to pay the legal costs for pursuing the rent
but after one year the guarantee vanishes without a warning and when questioned we are told that after one year it automatically gets cancelled unless we renew it , no prior warning as it’s in the agreement you signed , so we did not have it in place when we really needed it while we thought we had it all along .
They should offer this guarantee with full conviction and let clients know that it’s time to renew it rather than silently cancelling it . That was disappointing. .

I was told I would receive refund for 750.00 which I paid on Oct 1st and still haven't received it. Just want my money back . I need my money back to move. Why haven't you responded to any of my calls or texts . Send me back my money for 750.00 and I will be happy.

Entered a lease for an apartment and come to find out the place was illegal. My family and I found out by the city issuing an order to vacate. I paid first/ last/ plus a full month! I informed Royal York of the situation and our agent Aulona Mulaj stated the 250.00 key deposit and two last months rent will be withheld until we moved out on the 10th of this month and the keys returned. It is now the 14th and still no money! On the 9th of Aug, the day before we moved they tried to put in a fake maintenance request to counter the payment owed! They are into me for $8250 and tried to offer to find me a new place…….really?! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!

Is now the Aug 22nd any they still haven’t paid out!!!

It is now the Aug 29th and have not refunded a penny! Ben talking to Dion Bajraktari and he stated he would release the funds on hold just like the two people before him and still nothing.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Asked $750 to reserve the rental I said no. Asked for 4 months rent up front and told the landlord it was first month and three last months but told me first 3 months and last month was paid. After living here a month the landlord mentions I have to have a P.O. Box and nothing was mentioned and I don't have a key. The apartment is falling apart as a door wasnt even being held with the right type of screw. I was told I could use the backyard but it says locked and I have no access. The day before move in where they already took my money they want an additional $400 for a key. I was told after signing the lease I need 2 Million dollars of insurance. Lies and hidden fees is all this company should be known for.
