One of the worst corporation management firm i've ever experienced. They actually went to their lawyer to collect missed mgmt fee from me sighting unable to reach me, all while my property with tenant was under their management. No effort to reach me, they do what's easiest for them, costing me $6000 + for having a bad address on file. Cannot wait to get away from them. Poor management, lacks empathy and refuse to accommodate anyone . They raise corp fee yearly and no evidence of spending to show where the money goes, they need to be investigated. Sick individuals!

Zero Star if available, Inefficient, Negligent, Incompetent, Improper. awful and corrupt. Wasting money by repeated to complete the same projects with solution they are unprofessional and using unprofessional Engineer and contractors the most important thing for them raises the expensive maintenance fees! and collect their piece of cake by creating unnecessary projects, very easy income for them periods .....

One of the best management companies. I live at Burnanthorpe and Westway and we have a very clean building, supper high speed internet, safe place and excellent property manager, Mr. Julian.

Without diving into too much details; the company is just terrible when it comes to communication. They don’t respond, rude and their just overall pain to deal with. Had I known they were in charge of looking after our property - I would not of lived in the complex. They have multiple bad reviews and their a C rating on the BBB.

Very bed property management when complaint about manager Slavica Milicevic. Property management boss just said we will investigate inthis issue. charging too much cost for repair project and not good for collecting quote from contractor and biding process. when unit owner had issue from contractor, management had never take action.

Contractors damaged the outside of our townhouse while installing a HVAC unit in our place
Management had us pay for the dammages. We were never given a proper invoice to see if the bill matched the work. Without the invoice complete. Looks like we will never see the money

Spoke to Helen at Royale Grande Property management regarding pet policies in a couple of condo apartments. She was able to confirm our questions quickly. Just a bit of a runaround with the automated phone line though
