I do not live in the area and travelled to Burnaby specifically to have my taxes done here as I have in the past . I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment. The office door was locked . I proceeded to wait awkwardly in the hallway for my scheduled appointment while the construction workers renovating the office from his coughed and spat . 10 minutes past my appointment time the door is still locked , no one from this establishment has awknowledged they are aware I’m standing outside , notify me they are running behind and when I eventually left called to see why I had left or not shown up to my appointment. I know the accountant knew I arrived as he walked in while I was waiting locks the door and never returned which I expected him to at my scheduled time . I understand not being seen early but I have now wasted my time travelling to Burnaby and will now need to find someone else during this busy tax season . Horrible service

Fastest, Easiest and most affordable accountant i have ever been to. My husband and i brought our taxes in with no appointment. Riazul had them done for us in 2 hours! He was very friendly, and stayed at the office late for us to come pick up our taxes that same evening. Will be using him for all of our accounting needs in the future. Thanks Riazul!

The office is located right by Metrotown so very accessible. Riaz was very professional and helpful even BEFORE I went it to see him. Gave great value upfront over the phone and his hours of operation are much better than most firms so great availability. He was very insightful to any questions asked.
