Had American taxes and ITINS applied for. Several mistakes made in filings. Somehow duplicate ITINs sent to IRS. Blamed IRS. Despite me doing all the communications, the accountant only sent access codes to my husband…for my taxes. Two phone calls to owner in last week and no response to date. Will not use again

Used him in 2011 till 2022 when he was a small firm was ok then. Now He charges almost triple the price. After taking the time to find another accountant being so busy realized I should have done it long ago. Better to go with someone that talks to you. You’ll end up paying a huge amount of taxes here and a huge bill well being completely unsatisfied

I paid this firm a ridiculous amount of money to file my 2020 taxes in Canada and the USA. In fact they charged me almost twice as much as they originally quoted me. They never met with me or reviewed the returns with me in any way. I've been reassessed and asked for additional information from the CRA twice now. This latest round the CRA reassessed and determined that I owe them $800 and also have to pay interest on the amount. And I have to pay it back right over Christmas time. Absolutely the worst tax experience of my life. Thought I was paying all this money to ensure I wouldn't have any problems and all I've gotten is more problems. I would never trust this firm again.
