I often asked her questions by email, phone, and text, and she always answered kindly and in an easy-to-understand manner. The accountant was kind, and the office manager she worked with was also helpful. She carefully processed the submitted documents and provided guidance on additional documents, so the process went smoothly. Thanks to her, I received the results that were expected to take 3 months in just 1 month and a half, and I felt relieved to receive such good results. Since she is fluent in both Korean and English, I would like to tell you that Koreans can also request professional accounting services from her. With this opportunity, I plan to continue to request accounting services from Ms. Shin in the future.
