They have poor customer service and are rude when you are looking at their product. Especially the jewelry and when you are checking to see if it real. The older woman that works there was very rude as I was taking my time looking at a "gold necklace and earrings with, diamonds and emeralds" she got upset with me while I was checking it. I did not purchase it for this reason. Becuase she would not give me the time to look at it. Also, I am finding the prices to be over priced. I would not recommend going here unless you need to.

Do you know what Salvation stands for ? Compassion!! Go to Vancouver and you can use the washroom at the Mission sites. And in a small place Like Kindersley you can't use the washroom as they use it for storage is unacceptable. And then been told with an attitude. The Salvation Army should really rethink this inhumane policy. Why should I support the Salvation Army? With Clothes donations, money donations, when a simple request is denied like going to the washroom. It's simple for me the answer is NO. This happened in Kindersley Sask.
I ask you to check the website. Adults and seniors and small children are denied access to the washrooms while shopping at their site This happened to me today. This needs to be addressed for the top down. How can one worker in a store be allowed that much control? Does the corporation ever check the reviews? I don't think so from where I sit. Sent in a notice to the complaint dept. and got zero reply. Shows you how much they care.

Large selection of everything, but reason for is alot of over pricing. I know a lot of thrift stores are starting to think they're antique vendors but didn't expect the prices I seen from a small town salvation army.

Good prices but would like to see more prices posted. Staff seem to change prices at their whim when price is not posted.

They won't let a toddler use the bathroom here. Rather, they pee their pants.
Prices are reasonable, lots of selection.

Felt so welcomed and found a neat pin here that they gave me for free! There is a lot here so you just have to search for what you want. A small town thrift store for sure.

Good prices but limited selection especially of clothing. It is worth checking out for those rare Jem's that you will only find in a true prairie town

They don't let elderly use their bathroom, rather they pee on the floor.
