Absolutely Horrible Experience with Pyramid Property Management - Swift Current

I would strongly advise against renting from Pyramid Property Management. I recently completed a 6-month lease, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. They never bothered to fix the washer and dryer in my apartment, despite multiple requests. Their service is appalling, and their attitude is nothing but negative and unprofessional.

When it came time to return my security deposit, they attempted to scam me by making unjust deductions for minor issues that were either already present when I moved in or just normal wear and tear. They are clearly just out for your money. I went above and beyond to ensure the apartment was cleaned (even paying $250 for professional carpet cleaning), yet they still found ways to charge me for things that were not my responsibility.

Their behavior was unprofessional, and they have a complete lack of respect for their tenants. They failed to address valid concerns and then withheld my deposit unfairly, which I will be pursuing legal action for if necessary.

This property management company is a total scam, and I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for housing. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
