How is anyone with Anything resembling a normal job that doesn't work nights supposed to bank between 10-3 with a line out the door and 3 or less tellers
Friendly and helpful tellers are not at fault for Scotiabanks poor staffing decisions. Always nice and helped me a lot when someone withdrew money without my permission

Unprofessional and disrespectful financial advisor made an ordeal of our mortgage renewal and resulted in our chequing account being drained when our initial first payment was taken out twice - a situation that the bank refused to correct. They also refused to give us an accurate copy of our new mortgage agreement. This is a branch that doesn’t seem to care about its customers or how their lack of professionalism can can impact lives. My recommendation is to avoid this branch at all costs or you might live to regret it.

This branch used to be amazing. However, it is rapidly going downhill. The security latch on the exterior door hasn’t worked in at least a year, so now there is regularly someone sleeping on the floor in by the atms in the morning. The “select your denomination” machine has been out of order for at least a month, and trying to do transfer transactions takes five tries, switching between the other three machines. Why haven’t these issues been fixed? I’ve been using this branch for almost 20 years and this is the worst it’s ever been. I’m extremely disappointed with Scotiabank and whomever is responsible to see the upkeep and safety of this branch is maintained consistently, as well as being terrible service to their customers.

Hours are not up to date on website. The tellers are only open 10-3 ! It’s absolutely ridiculous, how do they expect people who work to be Able to access the bank. Yes most things are available online but there is so many things that are not and to run a business you need access to a teller for more things then you don’t. What about bank drafts, money orders, card replacements, Bank payments to other branches or corporations. A computer is only good for so much we do still need humans to run businesses considering taking my personal and business and investments to another bank with more human and workable hours

Worst bank ever. Closed at 3 for teller but open till 5.. never want to give u more then a 5k withdraw, asking questions why your getting your own money out.
Tellers are nice but that's the only good thing about it, if I could give 0 stars I would

I had the worst experience at this Scotia Bank branch. I had to wait for an hour just to make a simple transaction. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping customers efficiently. I'm glad I don't bank with them anymore and have moved to RBC, where the service is much better. Avoid this branch if you value your time.

Terrible hours. Hey Scotia Bank make yours to reflect people who work 9-5...open the doors on Saturdays so people can get some banking done.. not very pleased .
