I worked with Moe for a bit over a year on a small coach house project. While things started off well, things started to fall apart about halfway through the project. Timelines were constantly promised and missed, and delays quickly went from weeks to months on simple parts of the project.

Through the whole process, communication was either non-existent or I was consistently outright lied to. An electrical install promised "next week" in April remains incomplete in early August. Similar stories go for most elements of the project, which only hobbled along when Moe was threatened with cancelling the contract outright.

I cannot recommend as a general contractor for anything important.

When I started my new business in Ottawa, they assisted me in obtaining all the necessary city permits and supported me with my lease and documentation for other authorities. They created comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings and also included civil and structural plans, which was exceptional to have in one firm. They guided my wife and me through the project timelines, making the opening of our business an enjoyable experience. We are so grateful and cannot recommend them enough.

A great experience, one of the best I've had in 30 years of managing a rental property.
I had a doorway that was five and a half feet high, and I wanted it brought to code. Moe, the structural engineer, came over and did an assessment on a tight timeline. I was required to get a building permit from the City of Ottawa even though it was a small project. Moe brought in an architect, and in consultation with me, they produced a beautiful building permit application for the City.
Moe is professional but also remarkably understanding, patient and kind. He worked alongside the worker who did the demolition and moved the beams in the attic, to maintain the structural integrity of the house and finish the job with plastered and painted walls and removal of all garbage.
The whole renovation process was smooth and pleasant. They went above and beyond what was expected, and it was done at a reasonable price. They told me when they were coming and were punctual and cleaned up after each visit.
I highly recommend this all-in-one engineering consultancy and contractor company.

I recently had my kitchen redesigned by removing a structural wall and creating an open living area. My husband and I were very happy with the results! The design they came up with was based on what we wanted. Their Engineers, architects and project managers were on top of things and the construction went by so fast and smoothly. The demolition of my kitchen took about two days and then construction took about 3 days. I was happy to have my kitchen up and running again in less than a week :). My only problem is I wish there was an option for 6 stars, thank you Mr Moe.
We were ghosted by a company that was supposed to obtain permits and start construction on a double garage addition. Moe and his team took over the project and got us back on track. the experience was fantastic from start to finish. They did the design but we went with other contractors for construction. There design made it nice and easy for us to understand what’s going on and to obtain city permits. The construction went smoothly with minor changes which they were there to help out on. Definitely recommend 👍🏼
