They are discusting! They entered my condo without my consent one day. I came home and saw my dog shaking. I watched the cameras and they came without my consent to fix someting when my appointment with them was the next day! When I emailed them they said sorry and that it will “never” happen again. Literally an email with 2 sentences. When I spoke with the director that I saw later in the building he said that they came in because they finish the other floors earlier. (not my problem).Very NON CHALENT. They were useless. BE CAREFULL PLEASE. This behavior is unacceptable from a cie that were supposed to trust because they have a master key. UNPROFESSIONAL.

This company is criminal--go read today's CBC article on what they're doing to tenants at Stratas Court in Kanata if you want an idea.

They drown condo owners in Special Assessments while providing zero transparency about anything, and resort to threats if you question their (lack of) actions and communication. The vice-president Johnston has the gall to refer to the "health and safety" of owners while they perform ZERO inspections or repairs on units and let buildings rot for YEARS until they reach states of disrepair, then they dump half a million dollar bills on owners and take no responsibility for anything.

Your problems will go unsolved or at the best take months and months before anything is done and your sky high condo fees will go straight to their pockets.

Sentinel have been extremely helpful with any issue that has come up for my condo.

Once again Sentinel have gone above and beyond with sum pump issues that could have been very bad situation. With very quick response and sending very efficient plumbers, they sorted all issues super fast. Thanks Melissa and team.

One year later and Sentinel are still going above and beyond with customer service. During power outage they diligently sourced out generator for my sum pumps to avoid any flooding issues. Thank you so much Cindy for all your efforts very much appreciated

Sentinel has stayed very consistent in being prompt and attentive to any issues I've had with my condo. A special thanks to Kayla as she really goes above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of. Great job , your efforts are very much appreciated.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING.
They cooperate with corrupt management.
Should questions be asked they will resort to intimidation.
Proven record of inadequate management, according to court precedents.
Will let hygiene deteriorate and employees are not held responsible.
Continue taking them to court! Post pictures!
This is the only remedy to the abusive management.
