I will never return to this location. Online hours say they are open at 8am, I drove a couple hours to get to service bc with only minimal time. I show up, and there is duct tape on the doors stating a different buusness hours. Very unprofessional. To use duct tape. They also do not carry N and L stickers for driving. This is the second time making this review. Don't delete it because I will make another one.

I live in Telegraph Creek and while I was here, I was happy with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I'm not happy with how the wrong MSP application form for my baby some from out of province and we spent the next month and a bit waiting for a care card that was never coming and the next few months calling MSP and trying to navigate the maze that is their online platform.

Used to wait at least 20 minutes in other Service BC Centre, mainly Vancouver, so was pleasantly surprised to be in and out within 15min with great client services.

Interesting going in, there was someone to meet me and direct me to where I wanted to go. Everyone was kind and respectful with proper distancing.
