Was a very long wait to be called and so many street people loitering that are using drugs just sleeping in the chairs. People had to wait standing. Security just watched. The staff (Nikki) and (Cory)are very good though

I went in to get a Photo BC Services Card set up and the front desk staff told me she can do it but it would take a week. She said online would be faster. I said ok and tried to get information online. The directions to get a card online say
"Visit an ICBC driver licensing office and confirm you're a B.C. resident, They'll take your photo, Your Photo BC Services Card will be sent to you in the mail". Its frustrating because I now have to wait a week to go in again on my only day off and ask the exact same thing. Am I just not finding the correct link to order one online?
