We had a main floor washer machine leak, a big leak that flooded through to two finished basement rooms. We also had water running through the subfloor under the main floor hardwood floor.
Our insurance company recommended Servpro, we said please send them the damage was pretty bad. The drywall ceilings collapsed on us in the basement while we were trying to mop up the water. Servpro came out and after an assessment sent out the crew with a ton of drying equipment, they saved our hardwood floors with their drying mat system. The flooring in the basement was a total loss. The repair crew replaced and finished our damaged drywall and colour matched the paint. The finished rooms look fantastic, the crew members are very professional and friendly. Eduardo R. and his co-worker were exceptional! They had to restore one of our bedrooms from a roof leak and they provided us with updates and made sure the work was done properly. They even went beyond and completed tasks for the room that made us feel safe and less work for us in the long run. I absolutely would hire these guys again! I had the pleasure of this company come and work on my home the past few weeks and I have to say I'm so happy I got Reza. He has been so helpful through this process of dealing with redoing my home from water damage from heavy snowfall ...Reza as been doing drywall to painting and new carpet installed. The Servpro team did a great job in restoring our main living area after a bathroom flood. The remediation team came in right away, and dealt with the immediate water damage and humidity risk. The subsequent repairs were VERY well done. The contactor that performed the repairs (SRS) was excellent - zero complaints! The manager at Servpro was very easy to work with and made this less stressful than I anticipated. The estimator, project manager and all on-site workers were all professional.

I had a horrible basement flood . Dealing with my insurance was a nightmare . They hired SERVPRO . I waited weeks between emails and phone calls trying to get answers from my insurance company . The only people that were super professional kind and respectful to my needs were Ali Amini and Mary Penna from SERVPRO. They always answered my calls and provided me step by step details of the work that they were providing . Thank you to both of you . I don’t know how I would of gotten through this terrible time without their help . I recommend them wholeheartedly.Even after they were done and I had questions Ali treated me like family , not just a customer .
