We were under significant pressure to sell our house but the first and most important step was to repair water damage in the main bathroom and kitchen. Sammy understood the urgency and started work almost immediately to remove damaged walls and floorboards. All work was done professionally and to a high standard. Sammy and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. The spring time thaw created significant water damage that, as these do, came to a head at 4:00am. Sammy was able to get his crew on site asap, and put in place excellent measures to minimize damage and remove affected areas. Absolutely amazing. I have hired Servpro in Ottawa 3 times now. On time, they work hard and get the job done right. First time was for asbestos removal and then the second two times were for a basement mold issue to remove and treat the walls. I can't recommend Sammy and his team enough.
