staff is not friendly even so disgisting specially there is a staff i guess name is aliisyha She delibetery put me in a trouble even without my mistake i ended up paying a huge amount plus i get some negtive points on my license because she has the advantage as she work over there.i did not even touch her car she but she claimed on me and told me She can do anything becaue she work in Sgi .i went there no one listen to me. I wanted to raise a ticket on that but unfortunelty that lady is working there so i can , t because its all in a
in their hand they are making people fool and charging extra money for nothing.

It’s alright just that we made it in town to place a claim - 1 hour drive - to get there and you have to scan a code and make an appointment online. I wonder what the older people and people with no phone or internet does in that case.

It was quick. I needed a transit permit and was able to attain that without any issues. What I appreciated was the clerk asking me if I wanted doubled sided tape to attach it to my rear window. The tape stuck just well enough.

Absolutely the best service we could ever have hoped for!
We had a minor accident with our travel trailer while heading to Medicine Hat. The staff got us fixed up and on our way very quickly.

I am a very satisfied customer with SGI. but I had dealt with a male customer rep and was not treated professionally at all. The following day I called and spoke to a different rep and was treated very well, as usual. I did tell her of my experience and she was going to pass the information along.
