The after hours emergency line is probably the least useful and meaningless phone number to ever exist. The staff on the other end spout the same rhetoric and claim they have absolutely no way to verify if you're a tenent. I was in a motorvehicle accident and when I was released from the hospital I realized my keys were towed with my vehicle. The emergency operators just told me the same thing, they have no way in the world to prove I'm a tenent and that this did not qualify as an emergency and to call a locksmith, poopy. Being curious, I called back to another operator to inquire what exactly constitutes an emergency and they couldn't list an example, I called again saying I left the burner on and locked myself out and was afraid of a fire happening, again, call a locksmith and they'd promptly hang up. I asked if they had the numbers for local managers and they had no information on that, I asked if they could pull my name up on their files and see my lease to prove I live there, again, no way to do that despite being the owners and it being the 21st century. I'm convinced that if the building was actively on fire they wouldn't quantify this as an emergency. Absolutely useless.
