Close to everything you need. Shopping, entertainment and golfing
Walking trails. Villa was clean and had room for 4 people. Recreational centre offered many options as well. Key pick up and drop off easy.

Hello, I see lots of reviews all concerning the same issue, lack of response and no return calls. I’ve been waiting for almost a year for someone to get back to me, and have recently called again on the hopes that someone checks the voicemail. I see they respond with the generic response , “sorry to hear about your concern or experience” blah blah blah
If you repeatedly say “sorry” for the same issue wouldn’t it make sense that the issue become the focus of action plans to address it? Working in a service industry we take reviews seriously and work to resolve and improve so there is a reflection in performance, as customers are looking at these reviews before dealing with companies or brands
I assume that I will receive that generic response to this review as it seems to be the least they can do to make it look like they are individually addressing their customers concerns
And again I will wait for a return call from an actual person……

Absolutely heaven on earth ❤️. Mountain view villas is the best place to stay in collingwood!
The units are well laid out! They are villas! Full kitchen! Fireplace! Very quiet! They have everything you need! Fabulous location! You have everything within a few mins! Bike trails close by! Lots of restaurants! You have it all at your fingertips! A 4 season resort! Best Deal in town!

This is a place to stay if absolutely nothing else is available, but even then your car would be more comfortable! The matress is so high you hit your head on the top intergrated light if not careful, the matress is sloped downward by headboard as if sunken in from once being at the foot of bed. The blinds do not work in the bedroom and are missing sections, so privacy is very questionable. Carpet in bedroom and loft and on stairs are dated as well as the blinds. Not to mention if the Gas furnace is on with the gas fireplace and you want hot water from the tankless heater your SOL. Toilets not cleaned properly had Splatter,( good thing we had lysol wipes and spray)
Wow just unbelievable cranberry resort would be a better choice.
