I paid for a machine and mask, thousands of dollars. When I had issues with fluid around my eyes, which by the way caused permanent damage, they told me to bring everything in, and I did. They then kept it all and gave me a new machine that is even worse, and they gave me back the exact same mask and charged me another $375.00 for it, which I only discovered when I reviewed my health insurance. 0/10 Do not recommend.

It’s so nice to talk to Amanda and discuss any of my concerns. I’ve been having ongoing issues with rust marks around the metal circle on the bottom of the water reservoir. She gave me a new one and hopefully it won’t happen to this one

Sleep Therapeutics literally saved my life ...when I first agreed to be tested after months of persuasion from my husband ( he heard me gasping for air every night) my numbers were 60 closures per night. Immediately Bev at Sleep Therapeutic insisted I take a machine home to try...she was extremely concerned I needed it that very night. Reluctantly I agreed to this and after a period of adjustment ( I couldn't imagine I could sleep with this over my nose) I began to notice I could actually sleep beyond 2 hours at a time and was able to be awake during the day without nodding off. Over the next few weeks I began to feel better each day and the energy returned that I had lacked for so long. Sleep Therapeutic both tremendously improved my life and I believed saved my life especially during covid ...Thanks to them and the Cpap machine life is good ...I just celebrated my 75th birthday which I don't believe I could have achieved without their intervention!!

I have received excellent service. With the help of Bev and the staff, I am able to use my CPAP machine comfortably. I am not experiencing morning headaches, sleepiness during the day or other symptoms.

After being with a different clinic for 7 years where I didn't have the best experience I was leary of anywhere. But they are so fantastic at Sleep Therepeutics!!! They keep an eye on me with check ups every 6 months and they have consistent office hours (Monday-Friday) so it is so easy to get in touch with them if I need anything. Customer service is fantastic and the staff are so friendly and kind. I am very pleased with everyone and recommend them to everyone!!!

My experience with Sleep Therapeutic has been wonderful. They helped me relax and accept the need for a CPAP. What a difference it has made in my life!!!! I now sleep easily through the night with very minimal disruption from Sleep Apnea. I would highly recommend Sleep Therapeutics!

very friendly staff make you feel very comfortable asking any questions you may have. They are very helpful in showing you how to use the CPAP machine, and how to care for it. My sleep has improved so much that I feel the difference more and more every day. I used to somehow get through my week feeling exhausted, and pretty much sleep evenings and weekends away. Now I have time to do things and I have more energy. I only wish I had gone to Sleep Therapeutics sooner!!
