Amazing customer service! As a newbie to metal recycling I was apprehensive about visiting and I had a ton of questions about the process. I emailed this morning and Laurie called me an hour ago with a complete how to guide and answered all my questions. She was very patient and was so kind, I really appreciated all her help. She gave me the confidence to come by and drop off all the metal I have laying around. Thank you so much for making this whole experience very comfortable so far! I can't wait to come by.

EDIT. I dropped all of my metal off and the guys in the yard were just as kind and helpful with the process! I can't recommend this location enough.

I had the best experience ever with this company. RICKY was exceptionally nice, polite. He went above and beyond to offload me. He was quick and efficient. Offloaded in twenty minutes. It’s one of the best places for delivery and pickup. Thanks a lot RICKY, you made my day.

Fairest price for scrap the pick up cars from your house they will leave a bin and give u the time you need to fill it so happy there hear. Best friendliest service around have brought alot of.scrap here and never been disappointed.

I scrapped my car but left my phone on front seat. Called office an hour later when I realized I forgot it. The lady answering was very sympathetic and called out to plant, within a minute they recovered my phone. Wow! Thank you to guys out back and very friendly helpful two ladies in Welland scale house office. Very honest and professional!! Thank you
