Bassma (Sam) is a really sweet, polite, and caring individual! You can tell she really cares for her patients and wants to give them the best service she can. I came here to get my night guard made and she's been supportive throughout the process. She provides high quality service and I'd definitely recommend you pay her a visit!

Super disappointed with my dentures from here. The day they were finished being made we had to put in a liner because they didn’t fit properly which seems ridiculous because they were brand new, now less than a year later there are already two cracks in the top, I take very good care of them and they broke! I sent numerous emails and they all bounced back to me, my 2 voicemails were not returned. Sam was very kind but the other lady there is beyond rude. Let alone the three times I showed up on time for my appointment and nobody was there. I would recommend to look elsewhere when looking for quality work to be done!

Basma was amazing! Cannot say anything bad about her! She helped my grandma get the best dentures I’ve ever seen in the entire city. She was so happy with the results that she couldn’t stop smiling. If anyone is ever looking for the best Denturist in all of Alberta it has to be here ! The professionalism was five star! She offered to get me coffee while I waited, she went above and beyond ! Bassma (Sam) has made the transition of moving over to a bridge due to a lost front tooth so easy, that after I received my partial, I brought my husband in to get a full set of dentures. I really appreciate her time, energy, and diligence, especially referring me over to Numa for scaling and review, that I cannot explain how great this experience has been. Not only did she explain everything to me, but she also kept in contact with my granddaughter at my request so that everyone was always on the same page. Sam just made everything feel so comfortable and I would highly recommend her services.

Bassma travelled from her St. Albert office to MacTaggart Retirement Residence in southwest Edmonton to see my Mom, Joan, after her lower denture went missing. As well, Joan’s upper denture was very loose and often fell down. Bassma was very kind and great at communicating with my Mom who has dementia and explained the process in making her new dentures to me and said she was willing to come to her residence for all the appointments. That was a great relief for me as my Mom is in a wheelchair. Next appointment, Bassma took upper and lower impressions in Mom’s room and she was very cooperative due to Bassma’s gentle manner. Mom now has her new dentures, a much more esthetic smile and is able to eat better. I highly recommend Smile Experts. Thank you Bassma!

Loved the decor in here, it’s very modern and zen. I brought my grandmother here for some new dentures and we absolutely loved the entire experience. Right upon walking in we were greeted with the denturist who helped us get settled and started right away. She did an amazing job with her upper denture, they look extremely natural and blend in well. My grandmother is very happy with her new teeth!

The best denture clinic I've been to, hands down! I've never had work done that wasn' clearly and thoroughly explained to me, and I've never felt pressured. The work done has always been done to the best ability, and Dr Sharif is honestly an angel given the amount of work I've had to get done in general!
