Gestionnaire de mon immeuble depuis avril l'immeuble à l'air d'un dépotoir... la dame crois que tu va te libérer à même pas 24h d'avis pour tester ses clefs alors qu'elle est courant qu'il y a un oiseau mort dans un conduit de l'immeuble et plusieurs dans le toit. Je vais m'arrêter ici sur un manque flagrant de professionnalisme. Et je m'engage à retirer mon commentaire si je suis traité avec respect et qu'on remplis son devoir de gestionnaire d'immeuble.

Annonce trompeuse, prix erroné. Ensuite elle fait semblant qu’elle me connait pas. Beaucoup de red faite, faites attention. Elle ne laisse jamais d’écrit, que des voices notes.
De plus, la dame est Sylvie Calif mais elle se fait passer pour la gestionnaire de l’immeuble. Madame, on sait que c’est vous votre photo d’agents d’immeuble est sur le site web!

Je me suis présentée pour une visite d'un 3 1/2 dans un demi sous-sol. Les murs étaient couverts de moisissures à moitié, l'odeur du logement était épouvantable. Le logement était en très mauvais état et beaucoup trop cher. Je m'attendais à mieux.

Used a few years ago, just getting around to a review now.

Absolutely horrible. First email to me greeted me by a different name, obviously copy pasted the email. She never made a phone call meeting on time. I reached out a month before my apartment hunting visit in the area and had only 2 visits lined up. She didn’t show up to either. One visit, not even a representative of the company showed up, just had the building manager show me around. Worst part was the building manager showed me AND the other possible tenant the same apartment at the same time. Finally found a place on my own and wanted her to walk me through the rental agreement (since I was already paying her). She didn’t understand why there were 2 copies and found myself explaining to her one copy was for the lessor and one for the lessee. After all was said and done I had about $20 in long distance calls on WhatsApp (still no idea what number she was calling me from).

The worst! She put me in the hands of bad people. Thankfully the owners have changed but I came to find out I was taken advantage of... Not to mention the various bad encounters I had with this person and the previous owners.

Called to inquire about an apartement for rent,was listed at 725$,she told me it has been freshly renovated and is actually 1050$ per month,i make an sppointment to see it,arrived 10 minutes early,waited 15 minutes for her,she arribed only to show another person the apartment,25 minute wait,no phone call nothing,i am not bashing her,but have to say i am very dissapointed by her lack of proffessionalism
