This place has been my home for the majority of the growing up of my 8 year old child. I could never thank the society for the help and accommodation and quick response to any of our needs. I want to acknowledge Shannon, who was our landlord for the majority of the time, for everything she did for us. And then continuing her legacy, Julie. It definitely felt like a family more than any place I have lived at. The only reason we left is because of the growth of our family. Had it not happened, I had imagined living there happy for as long as we could. Again, I can not thank them for everything they have done for my family and I. I will miss living their very much and miss that excellent service that was provided by the society of hope. It truly gave us hope when it seemed like all hope was gone. 🩵

Website is a lie.Love your neighbor as yourself is a lie. When tons of single mothers lose their jobs society of hope kicks them out no matter the weather without giving them a chance to pay their rent. They are supposed to be a low income no profit organisation. Clearly they care only about making money without caring about the families they've kicked out without giving those families a change to pay their let rent. Christian faith based group by butt. Where is their faith when they are kicking families out on the streets.

Apple Valley is ran very professionally and are very meticulous as to keeping the buildings well maintained. It is such a pleasure to live here in such a great community. Management plays such a crucial part in making it such a nice place to live.

After a messy divorce and unstable housing for almost 5 years, Society of Hope was a miracle in our lives for my son and I. I was able to get back on my two feet via living here, and deal with so much personal stuff in order to move forward in life.

You charged my father another months rent because he didn’t give 30 days notice BEFORE HE DIED!!!! How does one know there going to die do they can give noticeOffice staff were extremely insensitive and uncooperative in assisting us with getting things we needed to move forward with my fathers passing. The front desk person Julie is horrible and very insensitive. They are interested in making money not helping seniors in need!

Don't live in this complex, however I live in another building. Pleasantvale. Very nice suites. Garden plots for those whom love gardening. Beautiful out doors gardens.
