This is my first experience using a property company to manage my rental condo, and Asokan have been very responsive and helpful at everything I have needed, from getting help cleaning my house , getting fixed all the wear/tear via a handy man to finding tenants. After the tenants moved in, there were some maintenance issues, and they got things fixed quickly. The reporting system for all the accounting needs is also nice. Sound Property Management is managing my property(Townhome), Mr.Asokan is very helpful and responsive and answered all my queries regarding managing the property, this is my first experience with Asokan and I can say he is very professional and experienced Property Manager, Asokan taken care with tenants moving in and handling very well with maintaining the property i.e., getting fixed any wear and tear and taking care of tenants.
Sound property management has very good accounting and reporting systems, the financial transactions are very well maintained. I highly recommend Sound Property Management services for all your property management.

Terrible landlord to deal with. The unit I rented was sold as a high end unit in a nice part of town for $1375 per month plus utilities ($160+), does not include snow removal or lawn maintenance. Modern apartment with seamingly nice finishes. Things started falling apart as soon as I moved in due to cheap workmanship. Looked good until I started looking up close and realizing that simple things like painting baseboards wasn't done so they scuff when you vacuum which appears like damage. The wood floors were badly installed so they gap heavily in winter, door knobs not installed, sink faucet rusting etc. When asked to do repairs it was either done hastily (tried to glue on door knobs) or not at all. My fridge broke down three times loosing all of my food before it was finally replaced. My shower didn't work the first night I tried it. Was sold on beautiful rain shower with jets and wand. Only shower head works and was never repaired after repeated requests. The landlord disappears for months at a time leaving no contact number in case of emergency while he's out of country. Drops in unannounced without providing 24hours notice. Still receiving his mail in my mailbox after over a year and a half! Ant problems in the summer, spiders in the winter, the back deck is falling apart and is a hazard. The doors seperating the other unit is not sound proof or secure and I could go on. When sold on a luxury apartment with a luxury price one has those expectations and this property management company does not deliver. Just pass.

Beware of this company! The reviews that you have read are absolutely true. I pay a lot of money for a rundown house that the owner of the company, Asokan, supposedly "takes care" of. However, if you want to become a slum landlord, this may be the company for you.
