South Coast Physiotherapy in Simcoe deserves 5 stars!
I was impressed with the service from my first visit. The desk staff are very welcoming, friendly and efficient. I was assigned to a physio, Maria, who gave me a very thorough assessment on my first visit and then discussed my treatment options with me and why these would be suitable for me. She was patient and answered all my questions. My experiences with the rest of the staff have been equally wonderful and Jasmine the physio assistant is very attentive, interested in my progress and very caring. Both Jasmine and Maria will never let me do anything more than I am capable of and do not provide treatments that give me more pain.I have been going to Simcoe South Coast since Sept 26, 2024 and will likely be there some time more as I have a chronic condition. I have gone from barely being able to walk and function in my daily life to being mobile again. I haven't felt this good in many months.

The staff at South Coast Physio were efficient and very knowledgeable. There was always a pleasant atmosphere during each appointment from the reception staff through to the physiotherapists. They continually challenged me with more difficult exercises always mindful of the limitations imposed by the healing process after my surgery.

I had my second knee replacement, and since I was over 65 I used Ohip and it was 6 appt. I was disappointed in that they never basically touch you to bend your knee or massage your scar. Basically said do this and that and after maybe 20 min. of exercise they ice. People are nice, but wouldn't go there again. Brantford Clinic was better.

This place changed my life. I was going to physio in Woodstock and they kept sending me to emergency they didn’t care at all. South coast physio are carful and caring. They actually care about your injury and how your feeling. They won’t make you do things your uncomfortable with and will take it at your pace. Truly happy with south coast physio! Amazing team & staff. 10 outta 10. I had a ruptured disk and iam now almost recovered. Should have been here since the start.

By far the best phisio clinic I've attended. Lots of instruction and direction. They have me doing, at the clinic, way more exercises than any other. All staff I've dealt with are pleasant and knowledgeable.

Not well signed for finding the office inside a building with multiple businesses. Parking was busy and not easy to get a spot.
Overall, my experience, once inside, was quick, knowledgeable, and efficient.
I received good service once in my several visits. Each other time, I had exercises shown to me, left to do the exercises, and then discharged.

When I was referred, I could barely use my left hand at all without using a special brace. Within a few visits, it began to feel better. It is still sore, but I am personally amazed at how far I've come! I am very impressed with the way my treatment is progressing 😊; and the girls at the desk are always pleasant and efficient.
