After thoroughly researching both consumer proposal and bankruptcy, I needed to choose the right Licensed Insolvency Trustee from several reputable options. I narrowed it down to three: Welker, Hoyes Michalos, and Spergel. I was initially favoring a trustee at Welker, who had near-rock-star status based on Google reviews. Unfortunately, my first discussion with her was downright disappointing, so much so that I informed her it would be the last.
