I have been a resident for 10 years and I made springwood apartments my home.
Kathy the office manager has been absolutely amazing as well as Gloria, the Cleaning staff and grounds and maintenance peole . I would highly recommend as well .

I have lives here 8 years, people come and go , just like the Weeds outside. I have seen some pretty horrible things. But the staff here is awesome and if only the tenants would respect them, and not have to keep going to clean up messes from someone for no reason at all. The management is spectacular and very professional. Always very polite and make you feel like your really at home. I often pick up garbage my hallway and have swept out the laundry room if needed, when staff is gone home. But what I like the most Is there is 24 service if needed for emergencies. Great work Springwood staff, and especially management!

I know that a bot will post a response to my review saying to contact them regarding my review and I refuse to do so because this review is more of a warning to anyone thinking about moving into this place.

If you move into this place, be aware of Kathi because she likes to raise the rent without a written notice and will revoke the rental incentives without a reason. Also, the vast majority of the tenants are alcoholics whoabf drug addicts that like to threaten to harm each other and other tenants.

Springwood was excellent during my time there, the staff are great to deal with(very friendly) and keep everything running very nicely! Very competitive pricing so was able to live at a great rate, and area! Kathy and Gloria are also great landlords to have! They provide an excellent service any time I’ve neeeded them! Springwood is 10/10!

Contacted Springwood Apartments to see what their availability is. I spoke to Cathy who was extremely helpful told me all about .the suites and would notify me when one became available. An awesome employee to have on the main desk.

I will not call springwood apartments as it was always like a sweet home to us. Millgrove school is just across tye road so we didn't have to worry about driving as the school was on walking distance .My kids and wife enjoyed living here and never had any issues. Speci
al thanks to Kathy and her team. They always accommodated our maintenance requests as soon as they could. Maintenance staff is so friendly and professional. I strongly recommend springwood apartments for anyone looking for a place to call home.

I love living at Springwood Apts on Calahoo Rd in Spruce Grove. Very well looked after and Kathy in the office is an amazing lady, she always has time for you with a smile.
