They claim to be pet-friendly, but this is misleading. They only allow pets that weigh less than 25 pounds. If your pet exceeds that weight, they will turn you away. I've seen larger dogs walking around Hemlock Crescent, so it feels like my experience may have been influenced by my ethnicity. Their policy doesn’t mention weight restrictions clearly, just vague authority. It seems they only want to help their own community. Real Canadians—those born here with Canadian birth certificates—deserve better. I had a bad experience with Priyanka, and I would rate them -1 stars.

We had an amazing experience living here! The place was clean, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was peaceful and convenient, with everything we needed nearby. The landlord/host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free living environment!

Besides being a beautifully maintained, safe, friendly and serene place to live, I recently received incredible help from Priyanka at the main office. She went above and beyond to help find the owners of a lost neighborhood cat who made my place home for a week. It was a huge relief and wonderful to reunite him with his owner. I am so grateful for all she did to help get this cat back home. Truly the best place I’ve ever lived in Calgary. Spruce Ridge staff have always been helpful, respectful and professional. I love my living space here and the neighborhood.

I received a phone call from one of them and they have asked a bunch of questions. They finally got to asked me if I have a pet and I have informed them that I have a hamster. And they have told me that a hamster is not allowed and they have ended the call. I couldn’t understand as to why a hamster is not allowed in their units however specific dog breeds and cats are allowed. My hamster stays in the cage and never escapes. I guess they have a false advertisement that “They are a pet friendly building” should have just mentioned that they only accept specific types of dog breeds and cats”.

I've only got nice things to say about Priyanka! What a professional! We were moving from a foreign country and in search of a special place to call home. Priyanka immediately got back to us when we reached out on email in October 2024. She did so many video walk through sessions with both us and a friend in Calgary. We were cautious if we'd be okay and if what we'd seen on the video calls would match what we saw on the ground. We were not disappointed. Priyanka's hospitality, warmth, welcome and attention to our needs are unparalleled to be honest! She's a special professional property manager. So grateful for her support. Even when we required maintenance touch-ups (twice), she scheduled the maintenance team pronto. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to other tenants. She works with a willing heart.

The property is good but my flat was adjacent to parking lot so I seldom used my balcony. Besides I was renting a basement so it lacked privacy I never open my windows because there was always someone in the parking lot. And the apartment had rodents during winter. It was sheer a nightmare. The service was good but the rent was extremely high. To be honest by the end of my stay there I got quite disappointed with them. But the property manager Parita has always been nice to me.

I just want to say thank you to the spruce garden team again. For the safe living space, for the clean living space, for the warm reception at all times. Thank you Parita, thank you Sherry. Thank you to all the maintenance team, those guys are the best. The cleaning lady that always has a smile on her face and says "hello" even if you forget to say a greeting.

If you are looking for the cleanest apartment in Calgary this is it. Even during the winter months when people come in with wet boots all day long, this apartment building still remains spotless. If you are looking for an apartment building that attends to your maintenance request promptly, this is it! The maintenance guys are just the best, very knowledgeable and professional.

The Spruce Gardens team is the best around I must say. From the guys in the office to the maintenance crew, everyone of them is exceptional. Thank you to everyone on the team. My sister and I are very grateful!

Beautiful community, I feel always safe. Very clean and enjoyed the gym. Prímala and Navit were always helpful and friendly. The maintenance person were also amazing! Great community to live 😁
