This company is very disgusting and disrespectful to paying tenants. Especially Melissa and Kara Cummins. I absolutely despise doing any type of business with this company and would advise that others avoid them at all cost. There has been a maintenance issue every month since I signed my lease in August. There is a disgusting smelly leak in the bathroom that has went unattended for months. Fast forward to last week, Jay (who has always been professional and nice) came to do a walk through due to harassment and false accusations made by my neighbor. He noticed the ceiling and couldn’t believe it has been like that, even asked if I put in a maintenance request to have it fixed. I did and Kara responded very dismissively with no definitive answer, as it’s obvious she’s uncouth and doesn’t have an ounce of professionalism. Now that Jay has seen the extensive damage, it’s all of a sudden being attended to. The apartment has so many cracks and painted over leaks. Pics are attached below.

They are responsive, organized, fair, and have always treated us with the upmost respect, going above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of and our condo is perfect.

Andrew Meirink, my agent was the greatest. Held my hand, made solid suggestions and referrals when I needed them, showed up for me when inspections happened and always kept me in the loop. He and owner, Riahna negotiated a solid price with fair commission and absolutely had my back the whole time. Maria kept me up to date on Title company issues and I always felt safe and well-informed. Even when some wrinkles happened along the way, Andrew listened and supported me. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend to family and friends. All of that and I received a beautiful floral arrangement after closing... what a lovely gesture and speaks volumes on their attention to detail and customer care. Then they helped me buy a house for my daughter. Helped me find the perfect house and held my hand through all the inspections and such.
