I was disappointed with the communication and attitude I received from Cristina who was hired to design the septic for a Property I am having built. I think she failed to realize that I was the client for the project and had mistaken me as a competing engineer.. regardless of her reasons I was disheartened. My contractor had insisted on using her as he has worked with her on several other projects.

Scott was amazing took his time to explain everything to me in a way i could understand dont get that nowadays and the staff aswell super friendly and knowlegable alifa not sure spelling super helpful with explaining aswell
