I’ve been seeing Paige for almost a year now, and it’s the most positive change my body has gone through ever. My posture has improved dramatically!

What I loved about working with Paige is her holistic approach, she truly checks in with how I’m doing emotionally, mentally, spiritually and not just physically (as everything is connected) and helps me reflect on how and where that maybe showing up in my body. And most importantly, I always left the session with actionable information/resources that allowed me to work on certain “issues” independently and integrate conscious body “check-ins”.

I'm so happy I found Paige. When I went to see her for my first appointment, I had stiffness in my neck that wouldn't allow me to fully turn it to one side. She was able to fix that issue for good! It's been almost 9 months since she worked on my neck, and I haven't had any issues with it. She's also been treating my left ankle and I can instantly see/feel the results after a session with her, very often permanent and long-lasting. Paige is simply the best! She is a true healer. My shoulders
where uneven and she managed to bring them back to the same height. I highly recommend to do the whole body treatment which consists of ten appointments. This way you will have taken care of your whole body. Kudos to you Paige!!!!
