Having two rental properties for the first year I was not looking forward to getting into this tax season. After contacting Succor, Spark and Spawn I was instantly relieved of my stresses as all of my questions were professionally and thoroughly answered. Through the process (via there secure messaging platform) it was simple and they pushed for me to search for receipts to maximize deductions which I was most impressed by as they would have gotten paid either way. And on that note they are very affordable and give discounts for good organization of documents and filing early! Very happy with the service and will definitely be using them again.

I reached out to multiple accounting firms when first setting up my vacation rental with little to no knowledge on the tax implications.
