Over the past year, we’ve also worked closely with Jonathan, and he’s been an absolute pleasure to deal with. He’s helped guide us through a major (and very time-consuming!) pipe replacement project in our non-standard loft building. I've lived in a Taft managed building for 11 years and have been on the Board for multiple terms, so I've worked with a number of their property managers. Our last two have been the embodiment of going above and beyond the call of duty, available days, night, and weekends, often dealing with challenging situations, if not crises.

When a previous property manager wasn't the right fit, the Board got in touch with the president of the company who rectified the issue immediately. Property Management is a tough business, with many moving parts and many parties to work with, so having a responsive and experienced company is key.

Taft has also been effective in helping us manage our costs, whether on large infrastructure projects, such as one we recently completed, or the day to day operational building issues which affect our monthly maintenance fees.
