I vowed then that when we sold our house we would again call Patricia Guernsey‘s team. When it was time we called and got Chantel, she was equally professional, personable and helpful. This past May 2024, we listed our house had two showings and sold within hours of it going live on MLS at $10,000 over asking. We had a quick closing and even though there was some issues with firming up the sale (due to the buyers bank) it closed within a month and were able to move on with our lives.
