The process to purchase my new phone on a new plan was lengthy, but only due to the fact that Telus call centres keep the agents working at Andres waiting on hold multiple times. My experience with Andres, and the young woman that assisted me was excellent she persevered Through the obstacles , Even after the call-center made some clerical errors, she continued to call them back until all the issues with my And the spelling of my name were resolved. I had no problems waiting. I knew that she was doing her absolute best, and I greatly appreciated all her efforts..
