The building is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, with all systems working smoothly and a very pleasant atmosphere.
What truly made the difference for us is the warm reception from the wonderful building manager, Maria. From the very first emails before our arrival, all the way through to the day we moved in, she accompanied us with care and made us immediately feel at home. Since then, every day, we have felt that we have a supportive presence, always ready to listen, and every response comes with a smile and a genuine willingness to help.
We are truly happy that this was our very first step in the city, and we couldn’t ask for a better welcome.

I grew up in this building having moved in with my mother 20 years ago. She still lives here and in the meantime I moved away from home and started my own family. When it came time to find an apartment for my growing family, 665 Roselawn was the obvious choice. The building is clean, organized and well run with a great location for shopping and transit. The suites are large and there is a sense of community. I have known Maria, the amazing building manager, since my mother and I first moved in. She is a dependable and organized manager. She is always available and quick to address concerns. At this point, I consider her family. She is what really makes this a great building. I love seeing her smiling face as she works throughout the building.

We have been living for two years in this nice, clean and secure residential building. As the location is perfect and public transport is two minutes walk, it’s easy to get around without any effort. The unit we are living in is very spacious, clean with all new appliances and kitchen furniture. Maria, a building manager is simply fantastic. She is always with a friendly smile, really lovely and helpful. Thanks to her efforts the building is kept clean and she goes above and beyond to make sure that all the tenants are satisfied with living conditions in the building. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for well-organised snd well-managed accommodation.
