Not satisfied with the courses at all. Especially sales workshop was a total joke! It was a dated old pre-recorded video and the instructor did not have any clue what was going on. And could not answer even a simple question! She was stuck and asked us questions about dentistry and wanted to know about procedures rather than instructing! Not helpful!

Response: I have been in the dental industry for a long time and I currently work in a dental practice and have already completed Dental Office Management courses, which I found to be significantly more informative and up-to-date than what your program has offered. Please refrain from making assumptions or comments about matters you are not fully informed about.
Who accompanies me is a personal matter and not within your purview. Furthermore, I find it unacceptable that you have not provided qualified in-person instruction and have instead relied on outdated video content. Your choice to use outdated video content instead of providing an educated, in-person instructor only further reflects the lack of quality in your program. Additionally, the sudden influx of fake positive reviews in one day—paired with the rude and unprofessional responses to previous negative reviews—speaks volumes about your credibility.
If you choose to respond, I expect your remarks to be based on the actual concerns I have raised, rather than attempting to discredit my character. Please be advised that defamatory or damaging comments could have legal consequences.
