Brad Sinclair and his team are honestly the best real estate agents I have had the pleasure of working with. Brad showed us over 25 houses in a span of 3 years (2 of which were during covid) and he is the most patient, honest, helpful real estate agent I have encountered. He is very knowledgeable in all of the building codes, and home construction, he knows the Peterborough county area very well, having lived there is entire life, and is well versed on which areas are prone to flooding.

Over the 3 years of working with Brad and his team, they knew exactly the type of house we wanted and needed for our family, and they found it for us! Getting the deal done was seamless and so easy! Brad is also a great negotiator. We couldn’t be happier

I was initially wary of Realtors in Peterborough a(in general)as I had heard some horror stories but I have been pleasently surprised all around!

Brad has been prompt, effective and overall made his part of us purchasing a home a breeze. I had a tough time with a number of other things - even so after the move but he has been a great support and did provide some excellent literature so I could learn what the contracts really meant.

We did end up buying slightly over budget but it was our own decision with no pressure and we walked into every bid with our eyes open.

We were forbidden to bid on a house again because he felt it was an insult…he ended up selling it for $20k less lol…he massages his ego and customers are NOT #1…his ego is…incredibly unprofessional and he represents himself…we went in twice at $1 million…when they were asking $1.15 million…don’t know why this is an insult lol…I would suggest the clients go to the RECO website and sue him for misrepresenting them…use this agent and be wary of his inflated ego.
As for our action…we put in an offer…unless I’m missing something that’s the process Mr Sinclair

Brad sold my lot despite problems with the township. He negotiated with buyers to extend condition date to allow township to correct an error in zoning that they created years ago without any notification to me. Brad discovered the error, let me know and worked with me to have them correct their mistake.
Brad is extremely responsive and is in contact regularly. He worked very hard for a relatively small sale.
