Fournier Auto Group helped us with an ICBC claim where our vehicle had been written off and we had no idea what the value was and it is hard to find exactly when you do a value estimate online they are low and ICBC leans in their favour and so was low. Fournier was able to quickly put solid comparables together in ICBC's format for us to be able to get an increase on the value, which we did! Rob was very helpful even before we engaged he looked to make sure it was worth our time and money to work with him.

I recently engaged the services of Rob at the Fournier group when my car was in a serious accident that was deemed 100% the other person’s fault. ICBC had approved a $35,000 repair on my two-year old car rather than writing it off. I wanted it written off because then I would be entitled to a new replacement vehicle. The high cost of the repair would essentially make my car worthless later if I chose to sell it, so I was desperate to get ICBC to agree to write it off. Rob was incredibly knowledgable.
