Wow what a great firm!!! My family & I had the pleasure of utilizing their services. Their customer service standards are second to none. They had me at hello, the office vibe is relaxing yet a professional environment. Extremely friendly staff; who really went above & beyond the call of duty to ensure a timely transaction occurred for all parties involved. Being there were multiple parties involved the complexities & delays could have easily occured but there weren't any issues. The staff I met were so genuinely friendly, efficient, welcoming & I felt like our priority was there's too!!! I would highly recommend their services & it's worth the drive if you're not from the Gibbons area.

a few years ago a lawyer named John Pfriem worked at gibbons Law office. I performed a reno for a client who had been burned by a contractor before, so we placed a temporary caveat on my personal home as a precaution. Once the job was done, and the owner was happy, the client and myself met with John to sign the caveat discharge paperwork. They were to be submitted by john to land titles.

Fast forward years later, we are trying to sell our home, we receive a offer and accept it. My lawyer informs me that there's a caveat on the property. Turns out, John never submitted the paperwork to land titles to spite me paying him. In addition, I had to spend additional money to have this dealt with. It also delayed the process, by the time I had this dealt with and paid out of my own pocket, the potential buyers had moved on and found a different property.

John Pfriems incompetence and The Gibbons Law offices inability to monitor their staff and ensure things are getting done properly cost me money, time, stress and ultimately the sale of our home. It actually really screwed myself and my family. Our home is still on the market months later!

Phoned, they told me they would notarize my will not and told me how much. The next week I had my will done up and phones to make sure they would have two people there as the will required a notary and a witness. The lady was not pleasant and they told me they wouldn't do it. I told her I phoned last week and they said they could, they would not do anything for me, even though I notified them that I had used them on more then one occasion in the past. Either they made up the will for $500 to 800 or nothing. Will not go back to them all they care about is money.
