The space itself is beautiful and in a great location, which initially made us really excited to book. However, the experience working with the coordinator was disappointing. Communication was extremely poor — emails and phone calls often went unanswered, and it was difficult to get clear information or updates.

On the day of the event, the floors were noticeably dirty, which was really surprising and not what we expected for a professional venue. To make things worse, the bartender seemed inexperienced and didn’t know how to make even basic drinks properly.

This is a very new and distinctive little town that has a unique charm. Exploring its eclectic shops under the warm autumn sunshine is a truly delightful experience. The vibrant colors of the fall foliage enhance the atmosphere, making each stroll feel cozy and inviting. It's the perfect place to relax, soak in the scenery, and discover hidden gems in the various shops.

The Grand Hall was the perfect space for my parents' 50th anniversary party. The venue is exquisite, communication is fantastic, and the bartending staff are incredible. For such a beautiful, conveniently located space, the pricing was quite reasonable, especially considering what was included. And you hardly need any additional décor because the space stands on its own! Jade was so helpful in recommending fantastic caterers and going over every detail of the event and venue with us. We made memories for a lifetime at the Grant Hall, and I highly recommend using it for your event!

I attended a baby shower at this venue, and it was the perfect size. I don't know if the bartender works for the venue, but she was lovely. The food was catered from a separte place and was delish. The room has lots of natural light. The only downside was that the parking is limited.

Beautiful hall, makeup & hair was done at the hotel. Do recommend fewer people in the room the better well makeup & hair is getting done as they are quite small. Very clean and nice, though!

The perfect space for your wedding or event! Not only is the space one of a kind, and incredibly beautiful - the owner and staff are fantastic. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a space to host your event.

The venue is ABSOLUTELY beautiful and made for a beautiful space for our wedding. Unfortunately there were a lot of frustrations with this space. There is absolutely 0 available storage space which made storing wedding decorations very challenging. There is no kitchen but a very large bar that you can’t use unless you pay a significant amount of money to have their bartenders present. The no kitchen made dinner and food a tricky situation as well. The communication was probably the most challenging and frustrating part unfortunately. Many emails were sent but never responded to and both my initial inquiries were never responded to until I called and asked why I hadn’t heard anything. Overall the space is beautiful but I would think very hard before choosing to have your wedding here and prepare very very very well for all the challenges that come with this venue.
