Since the beginning of our house hunting journey in November 2021, Kasey always remained two things: patient and persistent. We knew we wanted a soulful character home bursting with charm, large enough to fit our growing family. Navigating the volatile market in a highly competitive price point is no easy feat, especially with our eyes set on a very particular type of property. Kasey was confident and up to the task. She conducted many market evaluations on both our forever home and our current home—we would only sell our starter once we had signed off on our new place.

Kasey was more than patient as we embarked on many showings over 1.5 years in some of Winnipeg’s oldest neighborhoods. I have been viewing houses for years and haven’t had a realtor I would go back to!

Most people will try to get you to buy the most expensive and show you houses out of your budget.

Or won’t have all the house specs when you are asking questions! Follow you around rushing you through the house. Hide damages or don’t bring them up.

But Kasey was very professional!
She had all the answers to my questions!
She let me and my family roam and feel comfortable. She was super friendly and easy to talk to. Also only showed me houses I wanted to see in my budget !

I now have my first home that I adore !!!
