Lindsay & co. are fabulous! With purolator deliveries arriving at the Happy Paper Parlour, nothing gets sent back. Lindsay calls you for each delivery and ensures it’s safe collection. The store is quaint & full of interesting nick-nacks for all your reading & stationery needs. Definitely worth stopping by!

The owner of the store was unprofessional, rude, impatient, and downright caddy while dealing with my package! I had an apple product that I had to return to Apple, which Apple sent me a box to package my device in… They told me that the postage for return was included… This individual told me that this was between Apple and myself I explained to her that it should’ve been Prepaid… I ended up having to go home sit on the phone with Apple for over an hour when it was finally explained to me that the way bill for me to return the item back to apple was underneath the original one…!!I went back and explained this to her and explained that maybe if she was a bit more patient, she could’ve helped me figure this out more efficiently and easily… She basically argued with me and was very rude…thumbs down….

Agent is rude an not considerate to people's lives or traumas, will openly speak to embarrass her customers by including other customers into the private business conversation of the first customer( even by phone).
We may complain at the city office to be sure they are aware of this companies low standards business tactics and practice! Beware, owner bites ☹️☹️
