Having been long time property owners in the Parksville / Qualicum area we thankfully have the Kerr Group Management for all our property & management needs.
Making the decision to have the Kerr Group manage our properties was easy, having tried to tackle and manage our rental properties ourselves in the past.
We have been very pleased with their professionalism, and exceptional service.
Terry's screening process for tenants was very thorough and made us feel comfortable and confident in our tenants and our homes.
They check in on properties regularly and provide updates along with monthly statements, we always feel we have a clear picture of what is happening with our homes.
They have a number of service and repair vendors so any issue is addressed promptly with best price for their clients.
If we ever have a question, I know that we can email or call to get a quick reply
The management and office team (Kelly) have a very professional and kind attitude and have provided us with exceptional and informative service over the years. We highly recommend the Kerr Group for your house or strata needs.

These guys just delete any negative reviews. Typical of their routine behavior. I would move if they managed where I live.
