Great location if you like getting outside also. Love having bike baths right outside my door and the river is right there for summer days!

The Mansions, my precious home, represents the heart where the most beautiful stories of love and connection unfold. Katarina and Kristina, those wonderful souls in management, bring warmth and fill every corner of this magical place with care. Katarina is always there, offering support and listening, while Kristina, despite being a former manager, leaves an indelible mark of kindness in the hearts of all residents, including us and our family.

Mr. Nishan, our tireless maintenance wizard, with a smile, diligently looks after every part of our home.

Although The Mansions is already perfect, I cannot help but share a small challenge. Unfortunately, washing machines are not part of our everyday life in the apartments, which sometimes adds an adventurous charm of sharing the communal laundry room with our family. However, this challenge becomes part of the unique charm of our home.

In this beautiful home, where we are with our family, every moment carries a special significance. I hope that in the future, alongside all the previous praises, management will consider the possibility of improvement and adding washing machines to the apartments. The Mansions remains not only our oasis of love, happiness, and warmth but also a place where we feel immensely loved. I want to express gratitude to Katarina, Mr. Nishan, and everyone who selflessly contributes to making our building exactly what it is. Thank you for turning The Mansions into not just a home but a sanctuary of love and connection.

I just moved into Calgary and had booked in a few places to view downtown as I was wanting to stay as close to work as possible! The apartments I looked at were beautiful but what really blew me away with the whole experience was the staff! They were amazingly patient with me as I had a millions questions to ask and never made me feel like I had to rush through the tour! They made me feel as if they cared more about what was best for me than just making a deal! The management definitely went above and beyond and made the experience of trying to find a place so easy and worry free! If anyone is looking for someone to find them a renal look no further!!!

When my apartment needs any maintenance, regardless of urgency they fix it right away. The ladies in the office are always helpful, I always leave with a smile on my face
