We've worked with Matt for the past year, trying to prep for our first home. He gave us great advice on how to better our chances of a mortgage approval and how much to save (including any "extras"). When the time came, he reached out 6 months later on the dot, to inquire where we were at. He made it possible for us to get approved for a home, without any surprises. A TERRIBLE experience, in the final days of requiring their services leading up to my buying a home, Allison Kelly-Hughes refused to provide me with a list of what the rates would most likely be, which I requested. She then accused me of shopping around for best rates (I was not). When I made it clear that wasn't the case, she shifted the blame on me saying it was my fault things were delayed and I would get a worse rate because of that. When I reached out to her boss about my disappointment, I did not get an apology or an offer of some kind of compensation. In fact, they recommended I continue to use Allison. This was a major inconvenience and I no longer trusted the company and was forced to reach out to other brokers and banks, ALLL of whom were happy to provide me the rates they had on the spot and made me comfortable knowing they could easily get me approved within my conditional deadline, instead of worrying me with scary scenarios. DO NOT RECCOMEND, I felt bullied.
